Brian Landstrom founded Landstrom Consulting, LLC in 2019. Prior to venturing out independently, Brian pursued various business pursuits in the restaurant industry. Brian has found his passion lies in helping business owners realize financial success.

Brian began his career working for a small town diner in Pontiac, Il. He went on to manage in a corporate chain, and eventually moving into a general manager position. Over time, Brian's skills were developed to include restaurant financials, vendor management, new business development, and concept ownership.
